House of Billiam - a new British label specialising in bespoke hoodies - launches this November. Taking classic British suit materials and transforming them into street fashion, the pre-launch collection has already been snapped up by Channel 4 drama, Skins, and various musicians including Klaxons’ drummer Steffan Halperin.
Founded by Thomas Bird and Dan Levy, the label offers extremely limited edition hoodies – many of which are one of a kind. Hand cut, sewn and stitched by designer Bird, the hoodies are made from exquisite fabrics sourced from markets and specialist stores around the country, and altered into one-off pieces which are made to your specification.

You can collaborate with the fashion house, selecting the materials, and inner and outer lining from the online swatches. Having sent in your sizes, your made-to-measure reversible hoodie will arrive in the post complete with a personalised label in the style of Savile Row. Prices start from £170 but as all hoodies are reversible, you’re effectively getting two original designs for the price of one.
