British spray can artist, Xenz is back with a typically beautiful new body of work depicting vibrant landscapes and the colourful natural world. Adding to an already stunning portfolio, this is a collection of original works on canvas, paper, and discarded objects found on the streets of London.

Of the forthcoming collection, Xenz says: “I began a body of work inspired by birds that catch flies: Flycatchers, Bee-eaters and the like. I have painted butterflies on my graffiti for over a decade, so much so that they have become somewhat of an icon of my style. I love the way their wings add colour to the grey environment in which I paint. But I also want to move away from this concept, so I have introduced some Flycatchers to cull some of these ethereal insects.” The artist also revealed a benevolent factor to his work: “If I can create awareness of the natural world through this urban art form known as graffiti then I'm happy. I donate a percentage of money made from my bird paintings to the RSPB. It’s not all about darkness and anger; sometimes it’s nice to be nice, and besides, graffiti originates from caves as well as subways."

The new works are available now. To view or buy work from this collection, contact Stephen at sales[@]xenz.org or telephone + 44 (020) 7096 5098.
